FOIE GRAS
Thanks to the crossing of the Pekin duck and the duck of Barbary, we obtain the birth of the duck Mulard. Only males are selected to make the famous foie gras.
They are raised for a minimum of 92 days; afterwards fed for 12 more days with non-GMO corn, and most of all, with great care and no stress: the quality of the livers depends precisely on the happiness of the birds.
The best livers are picked for preserves because they must be able to withstand a long cooking time in addition to the appertisation itself.
All our duck livers are prepared naturally, without artifice, with only salt, pepper, fews spices, no alcohol or liquor, in order not to mask the aroma of the product and especially without additive and without preservatives.
