SMOKED SALMON & FISH
All our selection of salmons are coming from sustainable open sea territories, and fed with certified food without GMO’s and without antibiotics.
They are scaled, threaded by hand and salted with natural dry salt before being traditionally smoked with beech shavings.
The smoking phase is processed under low temperature and in a long period of 72 hours, so the aroma remains delicate and respecting the naturalness of the fish.
All our smoked salmons are only sliced by hand, and guaranteed with no preservatives and no artificial flavors.
